It’s time to make more money. Now what?
You’ve done it. You’ve beat the odds…you’ve built a company that can survive. But what would it take to really thrive!? Some leaders just seem to know how to make money, and others can’t seem to make it ‘over the hump.’ What’s the difference? This seminar is especially directed toward small company founders and leaders, asking such tough questions as:
- When is this company finally going to turn the corner?
- What business am I really in – and how do I get paid more for it?
- What can I do today to put my company on the right course?
You’ll come away with such practical insights as:
- What are the main differences between those company leaders who make money and those who struggle?
- How can I really determine who – in this company – is delivering cash to the bottom line, who is not, and what to do about it?
- What are the main “levers” that an owner can pull to improve the performance of their company?
- Which lever/s should I pull (and how) to make this business more successful?
- What things can I do right now – today – to improve the financial performance of my company?

Over the next 13 years he built that company into a national presence, named twice to the INC 500 and reaching annual sales of about $10 million. In late 2006 Miller sold that company to his largest competitor.
